Hello everyone. So I see that you have come to a blog about a geek, eh? Well let the Geekiness begin.

Whoo hoo me! I finally got Windows 7 beta installed! Its quite nice,  actually. Im using Windows Live writer to do this post, and, no offense WordPress, but it’s like soooo much easier! Dude, ya gotta try it. Heres the link to get Windows 7- http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/download.aspx.  Before I got the internet to work on it, the only thing I was able to really do offline was paint, and I was totally dreading it. I mean don’t you just hate Microsoft paint? It’s sooo dull. But I didn’t have anything else to do so I tried it. And Oh My Geek, it is AMAAAZZIINGG! They have updated it and there a bunch of different features on it. Heres a little video I made testing out only some of the features on it…

The snipping tool is also neat. Its a tool that lets you snip a picture or text and write on it, highlight words, etc. It is really a neat program! Now here is a video I found on YouTube about the Snipping Tool, and by the way, all credits for this video go to VistaMeetsNick for his awesome video…

Pretty neat, huh? I sure thought so. So Windows 7 comes with a lot of cool features, but what really impresses me, is the sample stuff. In the old windows you didnt get a sample video, but in this one you get one! Here is the sample video it comes with…

It also comes with really neat sample music, including Kalimba, by Mr. Scruff, Maid With The Flaxen Hair, by Richard Stoltzman, and Sleep Away by Bob Flaxi. And the sample images are neat as well. Have some time to get ready for what I am about to say… THERE ARE 8 OF THEM! Yeah, I know. Awesome huh? So my point is, well… I don’t really have a point except for that Windows 7 is AWESOME!
